Hello Everyone!

Originally we were planning on opening today. However, it's almost comical at how RL situations have merged for some of our poor players, so we will be pushing the opening date to 8/17 in order to make sure that everybody has at least some availability for the first opening wave.

Feel free to continue hitting up the TDM! As a reminder, logs original done on other mediums (such as google docs) are more than welcome and can be pasted in the log community as long as it has the proper header and cut. If you have any questions, feel free to leave a comment here. To give the game a little boost and make up for the delayed start time, the first game plot will take place much sooner than originally planned, probably a few days after opening.

Hiiiiii errbody! IT's Haiiiiley and all I've got at the moment is a werewolf. :D

Basically werewolves are taking the place over, which sounds legit to me.

Nick is from Bitten, prior to season 3! He's a big puppy and is probably the most friendly and flirty person that you'll meet. I mean, the man doesn't know how to really turn it off for the most part. He's used to working as part of a pack so he's going to be all about helping everyone out right out of the gate, I'm sure. I legit take any and all lines and thoughts for him. He hides most serious things behind the joking demeanor, but he promises he's dependable. ;)

There'll be at least one other character coming in. I haven't decided between Isabelle Lightwood from Shadowhunters or Felicity Smoak from arrow just yet, so if you have requests goooo for it!

Hey all! This is Jen and I come bearing a werewolf and a superhero!

First off, this is Derek from Teen Wolf and he's a sourwolf. He will take some time to warm up to people, but once you get to know him, he's actually a really nice guy. He's also a good friend to have because he's hella protective of the people he cares about (even if the feeling doesn't appear to be mutual *coughsscottcoughs*). Even though he's a werewolf, his canon dictates that werewolves where he comes from can control their shifting at will, so he won't be dangerous unless you give him a reason to be. Mostly, he secretly is a huge teddy bear and he just wants some loves.

Next, I have Kara Zor-El/Kara Danvers from CBS→CW's Supergirl

zor_el. If you're familiar with Superman, then you already know all the cool shit she can do and I won't bore you with the details; if you're not, feel free to pop on over to her bio where everything is listed for that :) She's terribly awkward and a little uncomfortable in her own skin when she's Kara as opposed to Supergirl (and in her canon, yeah, a pair of glasses can legitimately throw someone off entirely because "people don't want to believe there's a hero in their midst" or some such). Soooo yeah. Bear with her when she's got the glasses on and she's being Kara Danvers because she's an awkward, excitable turtle, but she's adorable and lovable and you should all be her best friends. ♥

Hello people. This is Jach and I'm bringing two kids to the table this time around!

First up, this is Emmeline Vance, a very minor player in the Harry Potter series. She's arriving pre-series, from 1982. Exactly one year after the deaths of the Potters and the first fall of Voldemort. She's tough and sassy, generally fairly even-tempered (for a Gryffindor anyway), kind and friendly. She'll be feeling a little off-kilter at first, but she's also very good at hiding it. She's a very "keep calm and carry on" kind of gal. She has some issues she's going to need to work through with Sirius, but once that drama evens out a bit, she'll be an excellent friend and a hard worker around the town.

And then there's

mastermoony, aka Remus Lupin, also of Harry Potter. He's also coming in pre-series from a year after Voldebro disappeared. I'm pretty sure everyone already knows everything about him. But if you've somehow been living under a rock, Remus is a werewolf and BFFFFFFF with Sirius Black. He's very sweet and kind but has terrible self-esteem cause WEREWOLF. He's v smart and wants to help solve all the problems.

With note to his lycanthropy, it was decided that the moon cycle here will still affect him, but that the Also Humans are going to be providing him with a variation of Wolfsbane Potion which will help him keep his mind while his transformed, thereby making him safe to be around.
