He'd been moving for what felt like hours and as of yet he hadn't heard anything except some vague rumbling in the distance. The cave felt like it was beginning to play tricks on his eyesight and though he was alert and looking ahead, all he could see was shadows and some kind of radioactive glowing moss along the wall.

Still, when the shadow stepped away from the wall he recognized it for the possible threat it was, stopping short and anchoring himself for an attack. The woman's voice surprised him, but he tried not to let it show as he forced his shoulders to relax.

"Nah, just taking in the scenery," he said, keeping his voice light. He nodded towards her. "You?"
