Kara gave a thoughtful shrug at that. That was probably a good point. She couldn't picture Barry with long hair any more than she could picture herself without it. "Huh? Oh, thank you," she said gratefully.

Barry answered her question and Kara's eyebrows rose a little. "Huh," she said, "so not much longer than me, then. I wonder if there's anyone else here yet, in that case..." she wondered aloud, continuing to rake her fingers through her tangled hair as Barry stepped away to check the windows. "Yeah, I was thinking that, too, that we've got a lot of work ahead of us," she replied.

Once she'd gotten out the tangles she thought she actually could without something finer like a comb, Kara started toward him and shook her head as she joined him at the window to look up as well. "I really hope not. I didn't get the impression that it'd be like this. We'll never get anything done if we can't ever go safely outside. I mean, I could go outside, but I still wouldn't get anything done..."
